Quality Policy

Healthcare Brands International (HBI) is committed to providing products that are of the appropriate quality for their designated use. We will comply with the expectations and current requirements of all laws, regulations and codes of practice relevant to the countries in which our products are marketed. Products will be safe and efficacious and claims made for their use will be substantiated and documented.

This commitment not only applies to the products themselves but to all aspects of the business. This requires an integrated approach to Quality Assurance to be taken from initial formulation and development through to commercial manufacture, packaging, testing and release, warehousing and logistics, sales and distribution, advertising and promotion as well as pharmacovigilance and consumer feedback.

Products made by or for HBI will be produced and controlled using validated processes and adoption of standards of Good Manufacturing Practice appropriate to their end use.
